This online interactive interview practice tool is included as part of the Platinum Plus 12, Platinum Plus 6, and Platinum Plus 3 outplacement packages.

With this tool, a displaced employee can:

• Access the tool 24/7 an unlimited number of times during the period of time they are eligible to receive outplacement support (12, 6 or 3 months, respectively)
• Select the length and type of interview they would like
• Record and review their audio-video response to each interview question after an interviewer appears onscreen asking the question or save their responses in text format
• Access over 1,800 interview questions, sample responses, and interview tips
• View audio-video examples of how to answer a particular interview question along with onscreen tutorials for each interview question
• To use the tool, the displaced employee would need access to a PC or Mac with a broadband Internet connection
• To be able to record audio-video responses to the interview questions, the displaced employee would need a USB Webcam (some Webcams built into laptops will also work)
