Some companies are intentionally vague about how much their outplacement services cost and will offer different outplacement pricing to different customers. These companies use a car dealer high-pressure sales approach, forcing you to haggle back and forth with them about pricing, often leaving you feeling like you’ve been taken advantage of in the process. We do things differently: we prefer to be upfront, clear and consistent with pricing.
We are outplacement specialists. Outplacement is all we do, and we’ve been doing it for over 20 years. Some companies with no experience providing outplacement services have recently added outplacement as an offering after their main business experienced a significant downturn that impacted revenue. We are different from these companies. We are an established provider that offers comprehensive, reliable services.
In terms of outplacement services cost:
- There is no minimum number of impacted employees required (can be as few as one)
- Your organization will only be charged for impacted individuals that elect to utilize outplacement. If an individual declines, there is no charge to your organization for that individual.
- You aren’t contractually bound to an exclusive arrangement with us for any period of time
Each of our outplacement programs provides one-on-one individual outplacement with 3 months or more of support including one-on-one time with a Career Transition Consultant.
Our outplacement services are often more affordable than other options while providing more comprehensive services than shorter term outplacement programs, programs that don’t include one-on-one career coaching time, 1 or 2-day group seminar outplacement programs, and strictly self-directed online outplacement options.
We work with downsized employees located throughout the country, providing outplacement virtually or remotely using a combination of one-on-one telephone consultations and web-based online tools.
